Unknown components on this circuit board please help

Hello I'm trying to recreate the circuit board and I'm having difficulty identifying the two 8 Pin IC's (they're 20161025_140612.jpg the same) they have the number 7530 and looking it up i see some component come up that doesn't match what this circuit does-- as well as the round 3 pin object next to the 555 any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated thank you .

This circuit has a 4017 and a 555 and it simply makes some leds flash. what might be the function of the two 8 Pin IC's, and what is that weird component with the metallic center over to the left by the 555 timer?

Thank you,

Daniel

Could the 'weird component' be a pushbutton? It looks a bit dented.

trimer variable resistor
The "weird" component looks like a potentiometer.
Correct, it is a trimmer (variable resistor).
I guess it is used to set the time constant of the 555. the 555 is in "free run mode" Though i am not 100% sure because i dont see the capacitor i would expect between pins 2 and 1 of the 555

the 4017 is a decimal counter. the 555 is probably used to provide the pulses that the 4017 is counting.
the 7530 could be diode pack.

As stated above, the 7530 is a dual mosfet and is clearly used to control the 4 load outputs.
