I disassembled an inoperable 20-25 year old plasma cutter I acquired and salvaged pretty much every component (lotsss of goodies!).
I came across this component which I assumed to be an IGBT, but after searching online all I found was German datasheets of which most contained the Deutsche word luftschutz (the German ww2 helmet...lol?).
if anyone could identify this component I would greatly appreciate it!
It's roughly the size of the entire palm of your hand.
It has what appears to be 4 inputs and 4 outputs on the top
2 smaller inputs that are green and labeled "24V 60Hz" (maybe that's the gate?)
