Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm after a supplier of Motorola processor chip 68705U3S - tried hard
searching the internet but no luck.

Hope someone can help - I would even consider 2nd hand ones.

R3S any good to you ? Same thing except Port D can be used as A/D
inputs.

Rod,

I have a small qty of new MC68705R3S, which are the same as a U3S, except
it has an additional ADC. When U3's became hard to get (years ago), we
swapped to R3's without any software changes. I also have larger qty of
R3P's (the ones without the quartz window). I'll have to check exact qtys
on monday if you are interested.

If you really must have U3's I'll have a look in the junk box at work,
but they will have been programmed and used, but I think most of that
stuff was thrown away years ago.
