Came from a controller of sorts its suppost to simulate vehicle speed to fool a ECM for a car, Just wondering if its some sort of generic DIY kit, or made or somthing else and is being repurposed..

I don't think your going to get much help here without being more specific.

You could try making a schematic and listing the markings on the components.
Then it may be more apparent what we are dealing with.

X3.. we need component markings or a schematic.

The little black things look like transistors, but what kind? PNP, NPN, N-channel or P-channel FETs, etc. No way to know without markings. There's also an 8-pin IC (get the number off that if you can) and a diode.

Some better quality pictures would be helpful too. Try a well lit area and no flash, and use a real camera instead of a phone if you have one available.
