Tri-Gate High Side Load Switch: Does it exist?

I'm looking for a component that acts as a tri-state switch. I could make this out of 2 BJT transistors and some resistors, however I would rather purchase a single device since I will be needing 50+ switches for my final project. The component will need to be able to pass and receive ~120mA.

There are others if you don't need individual enable inputs.
