Transistor alternative

Hello,
I'm in the first electrical engineering year and it's required to make an electronics project.
I've found a pdf that contains some projects and I've chosen this project pictured below.
The transistors T1 & T2 are BC547B
In the market I found BC547, is it equivalent to BC547B ?
and for the T3 (BEL187-P) I can't find it in the market, what is the alternative ?

Anything using a 3 to 10v bulb has to be ancient even for someone like me and I'm retired.
I'd say use the same arrangement and any npn transistor such as the bc327 and in place of the bulb put an LED and resistor.

Yes, I'll use a led and resistor.
so I can just replace the BEL187 with BC327 ?
but I think BEL187 is npn and BC327 is pnp ?

You probably will not find the datasheet of an antique BEL187 which was from India.
The transistor symbols on the schematic show NPN, I do not know why you were told to use a BC327 which is PNP.
Since an ordinary 5mm LED uses only 20mA then BC547 transistors will work fine for all three in that circuit.
