Transformer troubles

totoidal transformer gets heated..replaced by new one but same problem...incoming supply through ups what may be the problem for overheating checked wiring also.
plz suggest on same

you havent said what the transformer is supplying power to or what sort of AC voltage
is coming out of the transformer ( what should be coming out when circuit is working ok)

disconnect the transformer from the circuit it supplies and check the circuit with a
multimeter on resistance range. I would expect a few kOhms of resistance.
And anything less than a few 100 Ohms would indicate a problem ie...
a bridge rectifier has gone low resistance/short cct etc

Failure of Mosfet

in my pcb there r mosfets . frequent failure of mosfets are observed what could be the reason the side of mosfets gets burned....plzz suggest

It is not possible to say what is causing the fets to blow or anything very much without a schematic.
