I am getting familiar with 25kva generator set that is switchable from single to three phase. I would like to run some loads off of it up to about 12 kva and I would like to balance the load. So if I am running 208v or 104v on two legs with the third leg not drawing any load then the load is unbalanced I would think and so how do I go about balancing this load?
