the prettyLow Drain Flasher circuit with BJT

Here I present a very low drain circuit .

This is led flasher at .7sec delay ... takes .89mA

Please confirm if my measurement is correct .

Feature :
works from .7V also
just two value resistor cover wide vcc

for .7 - 3v keep Rx 220E
and for 5-16V Rx is 47k

great catch.. that one helps it to start Off, else needs a dab of voltage to make it , probably a diode in series will help cut the leak ?
