Hello all,
I have recently implemented an OTA on silicon and I would like to know
how to design a test bench to get all the results that I need. A
cursory look at the spec sheets for the LT1014 show open loop gain,
noise figures and transient analysis for specific loads. How does one
replicate this in real life? (Transient analysis is pretty
straightforward I think) For example how does one accurately generate
open loop gain since an AC source doesn't exist. I know this question
seems silly and in all liklihood will garner comments regarding my
education. I have searched the internet and I haven't come across a
simple testbench to accomodate what I need.
Any help is always appreciated.
Thanks again,
Regards,
Sanjay
