Telequipment D83 scope works fine except the trace is brighter on the left than the right. This is not a problem with timebase faster than 0.1 mS but at slower rates the trace fades out part way across the screen. At rates slower than about 0.1S there is only a spot that flashes as the trace starts. This is on both channels which are identical in brightness and fading.
