Teledyne Philbrick Wideband Divider

I am in desperate need of a Teledyne Philbrick Wideband Divider E.S. 7468-01 and can't find anything anywhere. I am aware of the multiple changes the company went through and all the companies that bought them out, but even with that Information I cannot find this part. If anyone knows anything please let me know, im in quite the bind with this part. Thanks.
