Tektronix 465B N/W

New guy here and already I have a question.
Some years back I purchased a used Tektronix 465B oscillioscope as one of those things "I'm gonna learn how to use someday". It came checked out and included calibration and performance paperwork. I toyed with it and used it a couple of times, mostly setting it up to do waveforms, etc., according to a tutorial CD the seller added. Nothing major circuit wise.
I know it worked correctly up to a couple of years ago. At least as far as it would power on and display waveforms.
I sold my home and had no place for a lot of my stuff so I carefully packed the scope in a road case and it has been stored there for a couple of years now. I finally have a place to sit and use the thing so I dragged it out, powered it up and...no waveforms. It shows a trace that sort of looks like a skinny backwards "4" and that's it. With or without signal or probe. Only thing that changes that is setting the slope to a minus setting. Obviously, I know very little about scopes and I was really excited about learning something new now that I am retired and life is somewhat laid back so I can enjoy things like this.
I am in the NW FL. panhandle and finding anyone here to possibly repair the thing may be next to impossible (had a hard enough time defining "DeOxit" to folks here) I would appreciate and help.
I have attached a couple of screen photos (I hope).
Please be gentle with my dumbness.
Thanks.

First thing would be to get a manual for the scope.

Found one.......
3/4 way down the page on the left it says..... This file is downloadable free of charge ( processing changes to get manual )
Size about 50 meg.
I'd be looking for dried out electrolytic capacitors.

Thanks. Got the svc manual today but scope is at shop. Thought I might try putting this out there to maybe get opening advice/thoughts from pros.

Like to have this repaired (it is actually a 465 but does have the DMM on top) but only estimate I have so far was for $750. Geez, I only paid $400 for it.
Is this thing even worth the effort?
I do have a service manual but I am pretty novice and don't know if I trust myself to dive into this.
Any help/advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.
