Tektronix 465 powers up but no trace

I bought an old 465 off of Ebay. It will power up but there is no trace. Nothing I do will produce one. I found a blown on the +15V unregulated PS. Any ideas what could be the problem?

If you found a blown fuse on the +15V unreg, then check for a shorted HV oscillator transistor. It's a TO3-style attached to the corner of the back panel near the HV section.

If that isn't it, then join the TekScopes group at yahoo. Those folks work on these things everyday and give good advice.
