Tektronics Phaser 740 paper jam

S

Sam Goldwasser

This color printer has been working well until a paper jam. As far as
we can tell, every shred of paper has been removed. All assemblies that
can be pulled without tools have been inspected. Yet, it continues to
produce an error "Jam at Duplex Unit" and "Remove Duplex Unit".
Now, our printer doesn't have a duplex unit, only a normal paper tray.

Any info much appreciated.

Thanks.

Must be a switch that gets pushed when the duplex unit is installed.
Maybe this one got jammed? Might be optical slot type...
