Sylvania SDVD9805 battery

Hello I have a Sylvania SDVD9805 portable DVD player the batteries went out on it and I am looking to replace them but I don't know what to look for can I get some help?

All I know is that it takes a Lithium polymer battery but I can't find a type anywhere and I don't want to take a chance of breaking the PCB Board trying to get the battery out

when you say ... the batteries went out on it .... I assume you mean it wont charge any more ?
have you tested the charger ?, does it put out a voltage ?

The chargers work fine one battery won't charge and the other one doesn't keep a charge so I want to replace them both

I got the info on the batter and it says DPC 6064100c 7.4U 1100 mah
