Hi all, I'm relatively new to electronics and I'm hoping someone can help me out understanding surface resistivity measurement.
I have been given some information which states the 'surface resistance ROA <109 ohms.'

My question is, what does ROA mean?

ROA = resistance of area? Just guessing.
