Is there any type of micro electronics socket that I can use in my simple LED project?
Essentially I would like to just have a small piece of veroboard with a battery holder a switch and two banks of sockets into which I could plug in wires for my LEDs. Ideally I would like to sockets to cater for up to six wires each. Then if I needed to install the circuit in a different model I could just solder up some LEDs with longer wires and unplug the shorter ones.
I like the look of breadboard jumper wires, but a breadboard would be much too bulky to fit into my models.
