I hope somebody can help me.

I have a Roku Streaming Box so I can get Netflix on my TV.

And my Sister wanted to get one and she did.
When I go to set hers up it was just like my Roku you have to go to the WebSite and enter a Code that Roku puts on your TV screen.

But if you are not fast the Code times ut and you have to have Roku Display a new Code on your TV screen to enter on the Roku WebSite.

We just can not get it to work so she took it back.

Now my Sister does have a None Smart TV but it does have USB and HDMi Ports.
And she has a Samsung Gallexy Smart Phone running Android.
And her Phone has a Micro USB Jack on it.

She can Plug her Micro USB Plug into her Phone and the other end has a Standard USB Plug that can go into a Computer to charge the Phone.

But I was thinking If I Plug her Phones USB Plug into the TVs USB Port can she Stream Netflix off her Phone?

Because I do it with my Android Tablet but I have a Micro HDMi Jack and I use a Micro HDMi to Sdandard HDMi Plug to go to my TV.

at best your tv will detect stored media. to stream items you need a tv that is capable of streaming. having said that getting roku might work again. who knows
