Have you tried the LEFT speaker on the RIGHT channel?.
Can you rule out speakers and speaker wiring?.

It sounds worse as you raise the volume. Sounds like it's being blasted on that channel. No speaker relay. There is a protection scheme though, an amplifier overcurrent or high offset will trigger the CPU to turn off power. So anyway, it's not a dirty speaker relay. If the distortion is most noticeable at low volumes, and mostly goes way at higher volumes, it could be an issue with Idle current.
No, the balance doesn't control the rear speakers left and right and no, there is no distortion in any of the rear channelsEdit: this audio video receiver has front and rear speakers, so quite a bit more complex.
Does the balance control Left front and left rear?.
Is the distorted channel Front and Rear speaker?.

Where is R223R in your images?
Q210R was leaning against it where it was mostly burned on the resistorWhere is R223R in your images?
No, I forgot about that, but I will. ThanksHave you measured the dc output voltage of the channel in question with respect to 0V assuming it has a split supply.
