Stepper Motor Help

HI, I need some help with a project that will be using a 12 v Bipolar nema 17 stepper motor. I only need it to run clockwise at about 60 rpm with an on off rocker switch mounted on the equipment case and it will be running for about two minutes at a time. I want to use these motors as we can use the same one on 12, 110 and 240v machines with a transformer, and they are easy to find. We have an electronics guy in house but he has no experience with stepper motors. What I need is a circuit that will do what I need it to, or to be shown the right off the shelve controller and driver boards, possibly from ebay and how to link them.

Why bother with stepper motors when geared dc motors such as shown will do for a lot less outlay and no need for controllers of any kind unless you need further speed control?
Even then the speed control units are relatively cheap.
There may even be cheaper motors that that shown.

I have bought and tried lots of these types of motors and there is just to much wobble in the shaft to be of any use for what we need.

I think overcoming a wobble in a shaft may be the least of your worries.
There are masses of stepper drivers out there in Ebay land, as well as circuits on the net. No need to re-design the wheel.
Just need to match with the motors you are using and matching up power supplies and any current limiters you may find necessary.
