SSD doesn't boot at first start

Hello, I have a KingSpec SSD (P120), and when I start my PC, it tells me "no boot device found", to "fix" it I need to replug the power cable to the SSD and reboot, then it works. My question is: How can I fix the SSD so I don't need to do that?

Have you set the boot sequence correctly?

Is the SSD 'bootable'?

Does the PC do a reboot properly (via the reset button)?

After I replugged the power cable and pushed reset its fine
