sram data sheet wanted tc5516apl-2

Hi all,
looking for a datasheet on a toshiba tc5516apl-2 2kx8 sram. It's not a 6116
device by the looks - i replaced one with a hm6116p-4 and no go. Supposedly
the same pinout (according to the schematics). the 5516 is 200ns according
to the parts list and the 6116p-4 i used is 200ns also.

The 6116 tests OK, the 5516 tests bad as a 6116. The only diff I think
exists is the /OE is called /CS2 on the 6116.

The 5516 may be bad, in the equipment it's in - it is tested as "block 1
failed", there are 12 of these in there. When i replaced the 5516 with the
6616 i got a different message saying memory block conflict, checked the
74ls138s used as decoders, they are OK.

So either there is a difference between a 5516 and a 6116 and/or there is
another faulty 5516 on the board as well, however the self test doesnt see
any other faults. But the marching ones test may not see it i suppose.

Can't find it on the tosh site either.

Or if you can list equivalents let me know

Hi all,
an update.
moved the "bad" sram to another spot, the failed block message followed it,
so it is bad. again if i put a 6116 in its place i get a conflict problem.
So 5516 does not = 6116 it would appear

anyone got any TC5516APL-2s for sale?

Hi again,
tested a good 5516 and it also failed the 6116 test. so there must be some
nuance about timing or similar?
