Hi,
the line 26 is not very often different from 1. The idea is, that a
luminaire can be used with different sets of lamps with different
luminous flux, power and colour but not changing the luminous intensity
distribution. For example a downlight for incandescent lamps with E27
socket.
You can use in this downlight for example a 40W, 75W or 100W lamp.
All of them have different power and flux. But the shape of the luminous
intensity distribution will not change, because the filament and the
position of it are (more or less) identical.
In our example Line 26 would be "3"
Than we would have three times the lines 26a to 26f, starting with 40W:

Next line would be 27 direct flux ratio.
Since there is free software like DIALux (
www.dialux.com) available with
electronic catalogues of products, Eulumdat is less important. The
manufacturer can put in his electronic catalogue any version of the
fitting including different lamps which can be used.
