source for single piece IC parts online

during my wanderings on the net I stumbled across a site that had a
list of ICs with the option to add to cart. at the time I was looking
for a 4017 decade counter for a 555.

anyway, I cannot remember the site! does anyone know of this or other
sites? Paypal prefered please.

Just looking for some common ICs and maybe a few discrete components
