I have a Sony CDP-CX355 that will not play CD's. I have changed all the belts, cleaned the optics, cleaned the infrared, cleared the memory, held down power button after unplugging for a minute and nothing has worked yet. I load a CD and the carousel turns as if it is going to load the cd, but just hangs there. The arm does not reach out to grab the CD. The display on the front of the machine displays a circle that continues to rotate as if it is loading the CD. The LED inside the unit blinks blue constantly as it hangs there. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
