Hi everyone. Thanks for including me.
I have a problem with the disk not ejecting. The disk loads all ok but when I click on the Disc Eject button the disk does not eject but the turntable tries to turn back to the stop position.
I notice at the place the disk loads is a white mechanism that slides out of the way when the disk is ejected. This is still in the "disk play" position because of course the disk is still in the playing position. It catches on the gear of the turntable and there is a very loud rattle sound.
Ive changed the belts just before this
Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong

Obviously you did something to disturb the setting/alignment of the mechanism when changing the belt.

Best idea would be to disassemble the unit again and observe the movement repeatedly until you can 'see' what's NOT happening when it should.

I've watched many times. It loads the disk but when its time to eject the disc will not eject and the mechanism show at the end of the pencil does not retract.
