Sony CCD-TR93 head replacement

Down to the nitty gritty here. Trying to remove the Drum. Removed the two screws and notice the two threaded holes right next to the ones with screws. The drum will not budge a fraction? Do I have to have a puller of some type to remove the drum? Help is a wonderful thing isn't it? Thanks

Usually there are some solder points that have to be removed/desoldered on video drums prior to removal.
