SMPS controller

Hi everybody.
I need to pick a controller for 300W off-line switcher. I am using
forward converter topology, ~100kHz switching frequency.
There should be ICs out there with bells and whistles like frequency
jittering, direct connection to high voltage rail, etc. Low price
would not hurt either.
The only one can think of so far is (good ol') UC3844.
Can anybody recommend anything?

this is a very good design,
based on SG3525 in SMPS 500W,
the circuits are here (2) in pdf,

change transformer winding to get any voltage.
