SMD Diode Identification

Hi, I'm hoping someone can recognise this diode. I have two that need replacing in the oscillator circuit of a large switch mode power supply and would rather not guess. Searches have got me no where. See attached images. Thanks for any help.

What is the IC ? part written in it ?

find that and the datasheet and it will likely have an example schematic and on there will be those diodes

it mite be this one if the case code is correct

AB - BCW60B - SOT23 BCY58-viii

will let you identify what the SOT23 case code looks like

As far as I can find, it should be a SMTPB270 transient suppression device.

3T220? 3t22C? PNKE?
I can't find anything with those numbers.

Are there any more of the same diodes on the board?
