SMD Capacitor identification

Hi,
I am trying to fix main board for my TV (Philips 32PFL5624H). Two diodes at the photos are shorted. I have a problem with identification of parameters of these diodes which are labeled as "330 6V".

Can anyone help me identify the value, based on this code?

Those are tantalum capacitors, not diodes. They shouldn't measure short; lift one end and measure again.

its unusual for tantalums to fail without visible signs of failure and 2 on one board doing that is very unlikely

autominus, did you really test them as Kris said to ?
