small transistor circuit doubt

Hi all,

i have this small transistor circuit, i have to find the Beta of the transistor. i have the calculations for the circuit but i do not understand only at one point could some body tell me this.

the calculations are
Ic = 2mA
Ib = 4.3 / 200k = 0.0215mA
Beta = 2/0.0215 = 93.

I do not understand how Ib = 0.0215? is it correct? because if i simulate in orcad it gives different value for Ib.

could somebody guide me on this?
