Small Solar Cell Source?

Anyone knows a good source for small (roughly 1inch x 1 inch) solar panels/cells?

I've seen some of these here, but they might be a bit too small for my purpose: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9541

The idea is to be able to build a platform, roughly the size of a quarter, on which I can put a super cap, small solar panel, very small / ultra-low power micro-controller, and some low-power RF circuitry.

This platform would be useful for building small/wireless self sufficient sensors, or you could sprinkle a few around the yard, and have instant firefly shows at night!

I don't know if they have any in stock right now, but I usually check All Electronics Corp in Van Nuys, CA. when I want stuff like this. They buy-out over-runs from mfgrs, and whomever, and usually sell the stuff cheaper than what you'd pay an electronics supply store or regular catalog mail-order store. I'd try them first.
If they don't have any right now, Google 'obsolete electronic', and you should get some
hits on other places like All Electronics.
