During my teenage years, they were like a candy store and I was the money-spending kid but now they haven't sent out an order to me and refuse to answer any of my (courteous) emails which is unusual since they were helpful in the past.
Is there anyone in the know who can shine some light on things? Is it still "safe" to order from them? It has been almost 6 weeks without as much as a peep, which is behaviour I'd expect from people with less history in the field.
The deadline to file a PayPal dispute is coming up and I'd rather avoid that tedious process if possible.
