Does anybody know how to get Simon simulator for single electron devices?

Google is your friend, and while this search was just so easy (search term: Simon Simulator; this was the 1st result) you can develop real skills which will help you all your life.
I sometimes think of running search workshops. The biggest thing for people to learn seems to be just asking the question.

I have been to that link poor mystic. It requires you to pay 500 euros for registration and their online portal doesn't work so you have to fax your credit card details! Highly unsafe. Google "credit card fraud" and you'll know more

I have never posted an upside-down smile before now.
That is large money, and in the extraordinary event that I were to wish to pay I would use a temporary credit card.
My guess (not as good as your own guess?) is that this software is most likely to be used by a chemist. A transition metals chemist I once knew taught similar-sounding stuff. Perhaps you can find professional users of the software somewhere. I don't know any chemists any more.
