simple relay 120v

what is a good simple 120v relay that is on with current but off without and needs manual
reset. Is there a plug model around that I can just plug in both ends?? ...it is for when power goes out... I want it to disconnect and not reconnect unless manual reconnect.
I guess some surge supp. have relays similar in them but they are notoriously un reliable.
I need to protect some radio stuff...
i need to know where I can get one and cheap..

You can use any DPST relay with suitable contact rating in this circuit:

The push button triggers the relay which in turn holds itself using one of the contacts to bypass the pushbutton.
If 12 V fails, the relay will turn off, staying off until the push button is manually re-triggered.

Motor contactors are made in this way and have a green button to start and a red button to stop.
Some electrical machines have this system fitted so they do not start on their own if power is re-connected.
