I've got a reasonably good reason to temporarily pull the front bezels
from some Sharp Aquos televisions. I'd like to hear from anyone who's
done this and has suggestions of any kind. I've got a bunch of 26" and a
bunch of 37" that I'd like to work on. I did pull the back off of one of
the smaller ones, and it looks like there's a fair amount of stuff
screwed to the bezel.
I'm wondering whether this idea is inherently a recipe for disaster.
And, I'd like to know what I'll find under the bezel when I get in
there. I'd like to be able to remove the very front surface of the
screen, whatever that is, apply a film to it, and then replace it.
