Can anyone explain what is shared resource in following link

The lecture states it clearly:

A shared resource is a resource which is accessed by one or more tasks.

You're using shared resources daily, e.g. when using your computer: You have (typically) one monitor, but several programs can use this single monitor to display their data. They share the monitor, the monitor is the shared resource.
Whenever there is one resource but more than one user, this is a shared resource. This is not limited to computers or electronics. Take for example ride sharing where several users share one car, one scooter, one bike etc. The car, the scooter or the bike are then shared resources.
