Searching for Heart Rate Monitor circuit designer

Hello everyone !

Is there anyone that can help me with a design on a heart rate monitor circuit with
accompanying software ? I am looking to use a finger sensor. The circuit should be
very stable and accurate.

I must be honest that I am way out of my depth here. I do not have a clue.
I don't really know anything about electronics. I am looking for an engineer that
can design a board for me that I can produce.

I can send you a sample of the one I am using now but for sure the quality
is not good enough.
