Score Counter PCB Help

I have designed a 'Rugby Union Score Counter' work when I designed it but I am having trouble with figuring out what is wrong with my PCB design because the 7 segment displays aren't working but the microcontroller is receiving the PTM switches inputs and is outputting the correct pulses but the 7 segment displays aren't turning on.

I just wanted to add: that is a non-live version so the LED's in the 7 segment displays aren't all on in the live version they are just off

The datasheet for GENIE C08 specifies a max supply voltage of 5.5v.
1. Change the supply voltage to 5v.
2. The CD4026 can output a max of 6.8mA. What is the P/N of the LED display?

Both 4026 pins 2 must be grounded.
Both 4026 pins 8 MUST BE GROUNDED.
