On my RR9 . . . . which is your units forerunner . . . . with out the temperature probe feature . . that was where the wiring diagram was glued on.
Tell us if:
The internal cabinet lamp will switch on and off.
The timer display lights up, and you can test it by just using a timer function for an alarms timed out beeps.
My 1978 unit ran until 1991 when the relay that powered the magnetron arced up its contacts. I Replaced that relay.
Unit ran until 2000 when the same relay went bad again, this time I replaced it with a CRYDOM solidified stately power block relay.
Then ran until 2016, when my numbah won son’s Gentile Electrified unit went bad. We swapped units with him using the big AMANA chrome dome.
I had his going in 2 days and it is still being used by me, since sentimentality had then flooded him and he wanted to keep using it.
39 years and its still running . . .
The wired circuitry, less the timer board, basically relates to these interconnects.
