Schematic, Power supply, RCA CTC203

I have RCA TV, Model F27442 (Ch. CTC 203 AD4). Will not start up.
Fuse OK. No relay click.
Schematic of P.S. would help me.

did you try sams photofact? goto samswebsite.com and type in your chassis number as it is. they have a downloadable as well as hard copy for purchase if this is the way you would like to go.
