I cannot find an OK electronics in the UK
all links point to that company in Richmond, Virginia, USA

got a photo of the unit?
how old is it ?
what specifically is wrong with it ?

Sounds like your typical 'rebadged' type of thing.

I indeed have a photo of the counter, don't know its age
but I would guess 70's to mid 80's. It is not broken, but
I have a desire to accumulate schematics/manuals for
all of the electronic test equipment that I own.

This appears to be Sinclair PFM 200.

Service manual is downloadable, but I have not found schematic.
