Samsung SyncMaster 940 T

Hello Friends Im new on here

I have a problem with my PC monitor , its a Samsung SyncMaster 940 T
The power led turn on blue but the screen doesn't light up.
I opened the monitor and i've replaced three bulged capacitors.
Still nothing,
I tested the ccfl tubes and they turn on.
Im running out of ideas on what to change.

Anyone can tell me in i can bridge a pico fuse ?

Is equivalent with

yes, I have bridged those tiny PCB fuses occasionally, just using the correct fuse wire rating ... well as correct as can be estimated

Then i guess i have to replace that with another similar and now going on bridging that
