I just received the following E-mail from a friend:

"Last night, I was talking with a fellow who manages a printer
telephone support team. Recently, he was walking through the operator
area, listening to his people talking to customers. One was busy
repeating "hang up and call 911!".

Apparently, the customer thought that the flames shooting out of the
printer were a technical support issue ..."

Maybe I should ask Radio Shack. They claim they've got answers;
