Robotic Camera?

anyone need one of these? can't tell you a lot about it, but its new, other than sitting in my shop for a few years.. looks impressive, motor drives forward and rotates.. lots of goodies on it as you can see.. just let me know what you'll trade or offer for the chance to be the new owner of a "whatchacallit"..
