Can a person take a working TV and tap into the circuit somewhere to make a
RGB monitor like the ones found in coinop arcade machines? I ask this
because there is a Monitor from Wells-Gardner model 4613 that someone says
was originally a TV set but some components have been removed from the
circuit to make it a game monitor. So is this true or a bunch of crap? And
if true how does one make a conversion?
