Reverse engineering a CCFL inverter

I have this CCFL inverter I got out of an old HP flatbed scanner. I have been trying to reverse engineer it. I've created some schematics based on my current progress at reverse engineering it. Some parts of this have been easy, but other parts not so much. Here's a zip file holding everything I've managed to accomplish so far. I hope that somebody here can help me out where I'm missing things.

Hi Ben, It would be better if you post the circuit diagram as an image and all the text as actual text. It makes it easier for people to see it and for them to comment on it.

I recommend you start with just the information in "CCFL inverter.png" with a brief note of what you're missing. You can follow that up with a synopsis of what you've discovered, but as there's a lot of information there it would be best not to overload us with it all at once.
