So, in your post #1, your blind Google search returned a datasheet for a limited rotation-angle torque-motor/tachometer. You followed this in post #3 with a link to a solenoid valve. There is absolutely no relationship between these two components, other than the manufacturer/distributor, Aeroflex, and perhaps that both devices are made or sourced in India.
Please tell us what you are trying to DO. Does what you are trying to DO involve some sort of solenoid valve? Are you interested in how fast a solenoid valve can change from open to closed or from closed to open?
Solenoid valves are mechanical devices, actuated by an electrical solenoid, which is a type of electromagnet. Their speed of operation is slow compared to most electrical devices, limited by the moving mass of the solenoid and the amount of current that can safely be applied to the solenoid to move that mass. Opening and closing times are generally measured in milliseconds, but there are also other considerations such as the fluid the solenoid valve is controlling. Fluids also have mass and flow restrictions that limit the fluid response to valve operations. Your question demonstrates your unfamiliarity with the mechanical considerations that must be made before worrying about the speed of the solenoid valve. More information, please, if you want help from this forum. You could also try to contact Aeroflux directly to ask your questions of their engineering department concerning valve speed-of-operation.
