Does anyone know where I can find the schematics drawings and circuit and block diagrams for the Keithley 480 picoammeter? I have some problems with the 5volt.
I know it's no help, just wanted to let you know you're not being ignored. I've got access to a pretty extensive manual library, and we don't have a manual on this model. How old is the unit? Maybe somebody might have a better idea where to look, if we knew if this was an older model obsoleted by Keithly, or something newer.
